MITCHELL: A Service honoring the Life and Legacy of Mr. Christopher James Mitchell of Atlanta, Georgia will be held Friday, August 12, 2022, 12:00 noon at New Life Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C., 715 Cleveland Avenue, SE Atlanta, Georgia; Bishop J. E. Hogan, Pastor, Elder Rick Jones, Officiant and Reverend Fredrick Daniel Robinson, Sr., Eulogist. Interment, Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Viewing will held Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Funeral Home, 8968 Fayetteville Road Jonesboro, Georgia. Survivor are his mother, Armlrgian Mitchell; his sons, Christopher James Mitchell, Jr. aka “Mr. C.” and Cameron Mitchell; his brothers and sisters, Eugene Woods (Tonya) of Troy Alabama, Tommy Lewis Jones, Jr., Anthony Tyrone Jones, Tyresa Crowder (Marquis), Tyrone Mitchell (Debra), James E. Mitchell, Jr., Kelicia Mitchell, Nedra Mitchell (Marlon Godfrey), Antonia Mitchell, and Monica Mitchell all of Atlanta; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 11:30 a.m.
